My name is Aaron Andrach. The maker behind Andrach Knives. I’m the husband to an amazing wife, father to two incredible boys, and passionate about creating high-quality knives that serve a purpose.
Growing up, I’ve always been fascinated by knives. There’s something special about holding a well-crafted tool in your hand, knowing it’s designed to help you navigate life’s adventures. My career in the steel industry taught me the importance of quality and durability, and I’ve brought those values to my knife-making journey.
As a son of entrepreneurs, I learned early on that hard work and dedication are the keys to success. I’m proud to carry on that legacy through my own business.

The heart of Andrach Knives lies within its state-of-the-art workshop, meticulously designed and built from the ground up by Aaron Andrach himself. Aaron’s vision for his workshop was clear: a space dedicated solely to the craft of knife-making, where every aspect, from the foundation to the smallest detail, was tailored to create the perfect environment for creating exceptional knives.
The layout of the workshop is meticulously planned to optimize workflow and efficiency. Every piece of equipment has its place, carefully arranged to ensure ease of use and accessibility. From the forging station to the grinding and polishing area, each section is designed to facilitate the creation of high-quality, handcrafted knives.
