Our Process
Steel Selection
We start your knife with the highest quality material available. We use D2 steel as the foundation for hand crafting your blade. It combines extreme hardness and wear resistance with relatively good toughness, making it an ideal material for knives. Not only is D2 tool steel incredibly durable, but it also offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as outstanding abrasion resistance when properly hardened and heat treated.
Heat Treating
We use advanced heat treating equipment and techniques to ensure that the structural integrity of our knives can perform to their maximum potential. This includes cryogenically treating the knives in liquid nitrogen after hardening in temperatures around -300°F. This process removes RA (Retained Austenite) in the steel, increasing the steel’s hardness. The knives are then tempered to the appropriate hardness for their intended purpose .

G10 Scales
Our custom G10 scales offer unmatched durability and comfort. Made from a high pressure fiberglass laminate, makes G10 incredibly resistant to chemicals and moisture while also providing superior strength and a secure grip. Meticulously crafted for each knife, our G10 Scales combine style and functionality to enhance both performance and aesthetics.
We currently offer our grips in two different colors.
Kydex Sheaths
Each knife sheath is meticulously crafted for a precise fit to your specific blade. Our handmade kydex sheaths are individually matched to the unique contours and dimensions of your knife model. From molding to finishing touches, we ensure that each sheath provides optimal retention and security for your knife.
We currently offer our sheaths in five different colors or patterns.
